This policy explains what information Daana Farmers Network (“we”, “us”) collects through daana.in, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Orders: when you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus the items you ordered. Online payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your card or bank details.
- Messages: if you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address and message.
- Comments: if you comment on a blog post, WordPress stores your name, email address, comment and IP address.
- Cookies: the site uses only the cookies WordPress and the shopping cart need to work, such as remembering your cart or your comment details. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use your information only to process and deliver your orders, reply to you, and run the site. We do not sell or rent it, and we share it only with the providers who help us deliver orders (payment, shipping) or when the law requires us to.
Purchases on Amazon
If you buy Daana products on Amazon, your purchase is governed by Amazon’s privacy policy. We receive only the order details Amazon shares with sellers, and use them only to fulfil and support your order.
Google data (Daana Agents)
“Daana Agents” is the Daana team’s internal tool. It uses Google APIs to read and write files in Daana’s own Google Drive, such as saving our daily business reports. It accesses only Google accounts and files belonging to Daana and its team, and is not offered to the public. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That data is used only to produce and store Daana’s internal reports, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting laws require, and messages for as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by writing to daanateam@gmail.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
